TLUD User Questionnaire

This is the questionnaire that we intend to use to gather user feedback around the TLUD Gasifiers. The questionnaire is designed to be administered in two phases. The first phase - the Baseline Questionnaire - will be administered to the user before the stoves are placed with them. This is to establish the baseline fuel consumption. The second phase - the user questionnaire - will be administered to the user after the stoves have been placed with them and they have had a chance to work with the stoves for at least 4 weeks.
